I wonder if this concept can work in West Texas. 20 Acres for $8,000 + Pod for $18,000 = Home with a HUGE lawn.
This is a concept of having a small building footprint when land isn’t available. Moreover, this is a way to conserve energy. I don’t think this is such a bad idea. This generation is about exploring the world while the home is just a respite from all the adventures.
The quote from Life Pod sums it up:
“Living smaller will save you money in the long run; it could also make you happier.”
You can save money and take that money for your bucket list. GENIUS!
