I believe that relocation is the key to move your career. This doesn’t necessarily mean moving your career “up.” Rather it means that you can expose yourself to more knowledge, experience, and people.

I have been fortunate to move laterally within McDonald’s and just learn. I am trying to take it all in and understand all aspects of McDonald’s business. And I still have more to learn.

When you relocate, you grow your network around the world and not just on the web. You open your opportunities from one small geographical area into THE WORLD. That’s a lot more possibilities for you.

Keep your eyes and heart open to new opportunities. You might fall in love with a career that you never dreamed of doing!
